Eligibility

To use opspulsee services and purchase devices you must be legally capable of entering binding agreements in Thailand and abide by these Terms. Certain product features may be restricted in specific jurisdictions; users are responsible for compliance with local laws when operating devices.

Accounts must be created by individuals 16 years or older. Minors may use devices under the supervision of a legal guardian who accepts responsibility for account activity and consent for processing personal data as required.

Services and devices must be used lawfully and in accordance with all applicable regulations. Prohibited uses include activities that compromise network security, violate privacy of others, or repurpose devices for illegal surveillance.

opspulsee operates primarily in Thailand. Availability of products, services, and support may vary by region. Users outside supported areas should not rely on local warranties or service levels.

Account and Registration

An opspulsee account enables device registration, firmware updates, and access to support. You are responsible for the information provided and for maintaining account credentials securely.

Keep account information accurate and up to date. Providing false or fraudulent data may result in restrictions on service and cancellation of orders.

Protect your password and authentication factors. Notify opspulsee immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect accounts while contribute suspicious activity.

Accounts and associated rights are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from opspulsee.

If your account is compromised, contact opspulsee support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to help secure the account and contribute the incident.

We may suspend accounts for security reasons, violation of Terms, nonpayment, or legal process. Suspension may affect device functionality where cloud services are required.

Services and Device Supply

opspulsee provides sale and support for AI-enabled home devices including vacuum robots, air conditioners, smart feeders, water monitors, and related services. Product descriptions on opspulsee.club reflect available capabilities at the time of publication and may be updated.

Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will notify customers of substantive changes affecting device operation or subscription services through account messages or email.

Service availability depends on network coverage, power, and third-party service continuity. We aim for reliable operation but do not control third-party networks and components.

User Rules

Users must follow operational, safety, and legal rules while using opspulsee devices and services. The following provides examples of expected conduct.

• Use devices only for their intended residential or commercial purposes as described in product documentation
• Do not attempt to remove or circumvent security features or firmware protections
• Respect privacy: do not deploy devices in ways that unlawfully capture or distribute others' personal data
• Do not use the service to transmit malware, spam, or other unlawful content
• Comply with local electrical, safety and import regulations when installing devices
• Provide accurate payment and shipping information for purchases
• Cooperate with reasonable contribute into misuse or safety incidents

User Content

User content includes photos, notes, preferences, automation rules, and other materials you upload or create while using opspulsee services. You remain responsible for the content you provide.

You retain ownership of user content you submit, subject to the license you grant opspulsee to operate and improve the services as necessary to deliver functionality.

By uploading content, you grant opspulsee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display content solely to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve product reliability.

You are responsible for ensuring any user content does not infringe third-party rights, violate privacy, or breach laws. opspulsee may remove content that violates these Terms or poses safety or legal risks.

To request removal of user content, contact our support team. We will evaluate requests and may retain limited copies for legal, compliance, or operational purposes.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in opspulsee branding, software, documentation, and site content is owned by opspulsee or its licensors. Device firmware and platform software are licensed, not sold, to the end user.

• Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from opspulsee software without explicit permission
• Do not remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices in delivered materials
• Report suspected infringement to our legal team with clear identification of the materials and claimed rights

Paid Services and Subscriptions

Paid services may include premium features, extended support, cloud storage, and subscription-based device capabilities. Payment terms are specified at purchase and in subscription agreements.

Prices are set on the product pages and may include taxes and fees where applicable. Promotional offers are time-limited and subject to change.

Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until canceled.

Subscription terms, renewal frequency, and cancellation procedures are described at signup. Canceling a subscription will stop future charges but may not provide refunds for unused periods except as stated in the refund policy.

Refunds for purchases are evaluated case-by-case. For defective hardware or demonstrable service faults, we will follow published return and warranty processes.

You may cancel subscriptions through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing cycle specified at purchase.

Customers are responsible for taxes applicable to purchases in their jurisdiction. opspulsee will collect taxes where required by law.

We may change prices for paid services with advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features or service termination until payment is resolved.

Disclaimer

Services and devices are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. opspulsee does not provide professional medical, safety, or legal advice through device outputs. Users should follow manufacturer instructions and local safety rules when operating devices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, opspulsee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of devices or services. Liability for direct damages is subject to statutory limits and the cost of the purchased product or subscription paid by the user.

Third-Party Services

Third-party products, applications, and integrations are governed by their own terms. opspulsee is not responsible for their operations or data practices. Connecting third-party services may expose additional risks.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, inactivity, legal reasons, or if required for safety. Users may terminate their accounts by contacting support and following account closure procedures.

Upon termination, access to cloud services, stored automations, and warranty support may be removed. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons in accordance with our data retention practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal data is collected, used and shared. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using opspulsee services you consent to the practices set out in the Privacy Policy.

Communications

We may send notices by email or account messaging. You agree to receive electronic communications for account administration, safety updates, and transactional messages related to purchases and services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance when feasible. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, those protections will take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be raised with opspulsee support to seek resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or litigation under Thai jurisdiction as detailed in this section.
